Look closely! There is more than one ruru in this shot. In fact, there are three! The ruru in the foreground is a proud parent of two fluffy fledglings lurking in the background.
You can image the fright I got when six huge yellow eyes suddenly stared at me from within the bush! One of the most amazing encounters I’ve had with a native bird.
Please note that these prints are half price due to the bottom border of the image being slightly thicker than the rest. Depending on the frame you choose, this may be unnoticeable and you’ll have nabbed yourself a bargain! I have one A4 and one A3 available at this price.

My images are printed on fine art Ilford Smooth Cotton Rag 310gsm, an acid-free cotton-based archival matte paper.
Prints have a thin white border and have no watermark. Prints are unframed.
